Meridian, ID 9:00 am I really pushed it this morning. My pace was just under 8 min. per, but I didn't haven't been sleeping much this week and I ate pretty early last night, so I felt like I was giving it a pretty good effort. Now I'm tired. I signed up for a race in Bountiful on July 24. I'm planning on using it as a good hard workout for Top of Utah. Maybe I'm ready to finally get serious about things. Maybe.
