Utah Valley Marathon long run #2 (#3 if you count the one where I bonked). Started out poorly, seeing spots in the second mile. Then picked it up and felt good for the first lap (8 miles). Lost a few seconds per mile in the second lap (7 miles) and pushed through lap 3. (5.5 miles). I only did the last half-mile because I needed to get my weekly mileage up to 60. I'm strange that way.
