Lunch run - ran on the treadmill again at the fitness center, then did some weight training afterwards. Started off at an easy 8:30 pace to warm up, then hit a good 7:30 pace until the 2 mile mark. At 2 miles, I increased to 6:40 pace for another mile, then jumped up to 6:00 pace for 1/2 mile. Cooled down the last 1/2 mile at 8:30 pace again. Gonna have to have an easy day tomorrow. |
