AM - 4 miles by myslelf at average 7:40 pace, then 2 miles with Sparky at average 8:30 pace. I started off nice and easy on my run, but my legs just had that "pop" in them today and I could not keep from running faster. I felt good, I can tell I haven't lost much fitness, cardio-wise. This gives me hope for being able to run good times at both the ADT 1/2 as well as at St. George. The run with Sparky was nice and easy, nothing worth mentioning. Looks like I am back on track, thanks to Lybi's continued work on my calf. |
