Ran 2 miles at the local track. Didn't run all that fast, but it felt like I had to put a fair amount of effort into each mile - more so than usual. This could be due to my pelvis being out of alignment, causing me to be less efficient biomechanically, or this could be due to my not being used to running so often. In any case, my splits were 7:14 and 6:53. I have said it enough times already that I need to take my own advise and go see my chiropractor. Will report back this week on whether I actually set an appointment or not. |
