Lunch - 5 easy miles on the treadmill again at 8:30 pace. Felt very easy, both on the muscles as well as aerobically. Felt like I was loafing, although I am sure I still got an aerobic benefit from the run. Afterwards did 1:30 forward planks and 1:00 each side. PM - 1.5 miles with Samuel at 10:25 pace, then 0.65 miles with Joey in 11:20 pace.
