| | Didn't have time to run in the morning so I went with the guys who were doubling. It was so freaking hot! We ran up the road and took a left onto a dirt trail. It was a solid climb on the way out.

| | Warm-up up the road. 3 mile tempo down, 90 sec rest, 1 mile tempo up. Coming down the range was 5:15-20 and we were inside on all of them. The mile back up went by surprisingly quick and it was hard but I think I could have gone harder while still not going anaerobic.

| | Last day of camp :( it goes by so fast! We drove about 15 minutes to a trail that we didn't do last year. I really enjoyed it. It sure did climb! But Coach P who hadn't run the trail in forever forgot to remind us to go a certain way and so we kept on climbing when it would have flattened out. Right before I flipped there started to be lots of trees and the trail widened and it reminded me of horseback riding nature. Fun run. Strides.

| | First time ever on the Jeremy Ranch Trail. After the run I can say that I really liked it and I can see why so many people run there. Hit 6:10's going out (downhills) and 6:40's (uphills) on the way back. Great Saturday long run.
