I lifted with Matt and Brady for a while and got my arms wrecked. I'm planning on getting hecka swole these next few weeks. Then I went and played basketball for a while with some more people. In the middle did core with brady. Just a little cuz im out of shape. After we went to Bradys house and had a protein shake.

Legs today so I did 3 sets of squats at 85 pounds, 10 reps each. I know its not a lot but everyone starts somewhere. Then some calf raises and lunges. Then went and played ball with the boys for a little #ballislife #thereisareasontheycallmeconnorballer Then we went to Matt's house and had protein pancakes.

Lifted arms today. 4 sets of lat pull downs, shrugs, over-head press, curls. Stuff like that. Then a little ball with Strrt. Happy to announce that I was voted to be XC captain this year so that'll be sick.
