| | 5 miles tempo, 5:13 average. Good day, last 1.5 miles my calves were hurting and my shoes felt so heavy. 2 miles cool down. It rained lightly at first, then slowly got more wet, and then sleet-like moisture was everywhere and I was soaked, but the time and effort were good, so I'll take it. 2 miles cool down.
3 easy miles later in the snow. It snowed a bunch in those few hours.

| | Well, today was interesting. I had originally planned on 10-13 miles at a slower/longer tempo pace. After 3 miles. I realized I went out a little quick, but just tried to stay maintained and kept the pace feeling alright. After that, my next mile was too quick(5:01) and I started to have stomache issues, so I raced to my friends house(5:07 last mile) just to find he wasn't home. My five mile average was 5:18. After I stood around and thought of where to find a bathroom. I ran to the North Logan Library, then took my break before running back home. Next 5 miles were 5:56 AP, then 1 mile slow because I wasn't feeling much better.

| | 4 miles in the gym, last 1.5 with Ethan, then 5 miles on the treadmill. I didn't bring sweats, and it was cold outside, so I just decided to stay inside. Last 5 miles were a bit quick(28:30), but it's alright. It still was comfortable enough.

| | Things weren't feeling good today, so I did 9 easy with Stockton and Ethan. It's always fun to run with them and I'm excited to see what they do this season.

| | 12 miles. It was a busy day so I didn't run until it was pretty late.

| | Kept trying to find a track or an open grass area not covered in snow, but couldn't find one, so I changed my workout. I decided to do 4Xmile with 1 min. recovery down smithfield canyon. I was tired from all the miles these past few weeks that I cut it down to 3. The first one I went out too hard, but still ran fast-4:32. The next one I wasn't as mentally there to push myself and I might've ran a little far(which made the next one a tiny bit shorter)-4:44 The next one hurt like heck, but it was quite quick(maybe a bit short)-4:18. I'm happy with this workout, but I think I should've done one more. My calves are sore, so that's good. I ran back up, saw my dad, ran with him for a bit, then ran back up again.
3 miles later.
