If you ran your HARDEST, that's all that matters.

Today we ran to Vernon Worthen Park today over by the Temple. It was a pretty good run. Felt shorter than I thought it would be, which is always good!

Today we did morning practice so we did 3 before school. Then we ran 9 on the Dam Road. It hurt but it was fun!

Today we did 6 in Washington, and striders after so it added up to be 7. It was super fun! :)

Today we did a morning run before school, like Ive said before, I like the hot weather and can't wait for it to return! Although, it just seems to stay the same temp now in the mornings istead of getting colder, which is always good. Today we did a trail run up by the Dixie Rock, we did 7. Corey and Ryan showed up to! Its always good to see them! :) It was a good run!

Today we did another morning run and 6 after school on Foremaster so it was a pretty easy day.

Today we ran on the Dog Town Half Marathon coarse and it was pretty good. We got up early and went at 5:30 so it was perfect weather. We had a 2 mile tempo at the end. Even though it was super early, we had a lot of fun. It was definatly a great overall experience! :)
