Ran the Planet Walk this morning - easy pace, no watch.  I had hopes of flushing all the remaining crud out of my legs.  I got about a mile into it and my calves locked up.  They were quite sore throughout the rest of the run.  Looks like I still have a ways to go to fully recover.

Tell Bethany that she better get training and blogging so she can run the Moab half with us! She's already made enough comments that she's in!

Or she can do the 5 mile with me.

Bethany, I saw your post on Stacy's blog. Yea! Be sure to start really small. Starting too hard and too fast is very easy to do. BTW I have NOT read C.S. Lewis' space trilogoy, but it's the next thing on my list! Have you read C.S. Lewis' "Till We Have Faces". I loved it. It's a great book club book.

Good job Cody, as always!

Lybi: I will be sure to start small. I really want it to be a long term thing if I am going to do it. Dont want to burn myself out.

The space trilogy is excellent. The last book is probably the "hardest" but if you enjoyed "till we have faces" you will enjoy these. I have read till we have faces- it was a couple of years ago and actually the only CS Lewis book that I havent read more than once. Thanks for reminding me!

Sounds like we might have a similar taste in books! Yeah! I am always looking for a friend to share suggestions etc with.

Cody: Hope you enjoy me writing novels to other people on your blog! ;) I am looking forward to your post after your run at work today. It was nice to wake up and have you still there...not out running all over Cache Valley. (Even if you were sniffing and hacking....)
