Met up with Jon for an easy run on the River Trail. The trail was in decent shape.  A little bit of snow, some lumpyness, but not icy.  It was sure nice to run in daylight (even though it was overcast and threatening snow.  My leg felt great until the very end when it was just starting to ache.  5 miles a day might be too much for it next weeks so I will play it by ear.  Great trail run day!

Good to hear you're back out on the trail/road. All that TV will rot your brains, at least according to my parents.
