Landfill Loop in the morning.  It was pretty chilly today. 32 degrees.  I am starting to feel more and more rested.  Gotta love the taper. I ran the 4th mile at MP (5:57).  It felt a bit aggressive for MP but I am sure it will feel better on a downhill mile rather than on a flat mile.  We'll see.

Good luck to you at Saint George. Hope you can get another PR. Have a great time and you can do it!

This blog saves me from actually having to ask you how your run went in the morning. I can snooze through you coming home and check this at a more leisurely hour! Gotta love the blog.

Oh, and wow, amazing that 5 miles seems like diddly when two years ago it was a long way. You have come far my young padawan.

Yeah, who needs to actually "talk" when you can blog. Hey babe, what's for dinner??

From Jon on Wed, Oct 03, 2007 at 16:23:59

Ha ha, your wife called you a padawan!!!
