Early morning shakeout in the fitness center at the Hotel.  I rode the bike for 25 mins at an easy effort. (115 ave HR).  Last day of meetings then flights and travel today.  Yuk.  I am supposed to land at 1:30am tomorrow morning.  Should be fun getting up for the race.

Do you want me to wait up for you? okay, we both know that wont happen. See you in the morning!

Oh, where can we come to see you race in the AM? I want to bring the kids. Pick spot and let me know.

I would be amazed if you stayed up. It would be a waste anyway.

The race starts at 7. The finish is at Providence Park. That would be a good spot. The winner will be there at 8:10 or so. You could always drive me to the start at 5:30 and sleep on the grass like a bum. Yeah, right

Bike ride? What's that about?

Leg still hurts :(

I see you only got 38 miles in San Fran. I bet that gives you a good appreciation for how hard it is for me to run while on business travel! If you don't do it in the morning, it is near impossible to do (given that you almost have to eat out a nice dinner with co-workers, or else you are a party pooper). And when you have 7 am meetings, it sucks. That is why 3 weeks in Florida in 95 degree weather and 100% humidity killed my training last summer...
