Toughest Workout for me in a little while. I ran up to the USU track (4.5 miles) at about 7:20 ave pace. Then did 6x800m repeats with 200m slow jog recovery. I wanted them between 2:40 and 2:45 (goal 5K pace). They hurt right from the start and took some willpower to get through. I went 2:43, 2:42, 2:43, 2:44, 2:45, 2:43. After a drink of water, I ran home at 7:30 pace.
