Providence Canyon Road Hill run this morning.  8.1 miles in 61:04 (7:33 avg).  Ave Hr 154. My body was tired but then I got going by mile 2.  I am loving the weather at 6:00 am.  Perfect for running.  I am also getting used to seeing other walkers/joggers out now.  Where were you in January, you slackers!

PM: 3.5 miles on Planet walk with Son in Stroller.  I took it easy, but it still felt hard.  Warm weather.

I always notice that people come out of the woodwork when it gets warm. The people come out and the clothes come off!
