AM: 15 min on elliptical. More podcasts... PM: Gossner 5 miler with Dan. Pace felt easy, leg felt only ok. It started to ache again towards the end but not as bad as yesterday. I think that 5 miles is just right for it right now. It is a perfect run for the injured and out of shape. Flat as a pancake, no traffic, and dirt for most of it. T- 36:20 (7:16) 159
