Easy run.  Busy morning.

5:14 am, 42°F, 45% humidity, wind 3 SSW.

I ran the loop that takes me past my office, but this time I went out around the front of my office instead of staying on the main road that runs behind my office. This route gives me some good hill climbing on the way back home. I ran the route counter-clockwise, so back home was up Highlands Ranch Parkway.

AP: 9:25. Splits: 10:06, 9:38, 9:30, 9:25, 9:37, 9:38, 9:21, 9:04, 8;47, 8:59, 0.24 @ 9:34.

I've got to hurry and get showered and dressed because I've got to go to the elementary school this morning for my daughter's holiday party. And I've got to dress nicely for work because the choir is singing at work again today.

Nice run. Enjoy the holiday party and choir at work. Are the County Line hills or Highlands Ranch Parkway hills more difficult?

From Carolyn in Colorado on Thu, Dec 17, 2009 at 09:48:26 from 24.8.167.243

The only section on County Line I do on a regular basis is from Colorado to Quebec, so comparing that to what I did this morning on Highlands Ranch Parkway (from Broadway to University), I'd have to say that Highlands Ranch Park way is more difficult just because it's a longer stretch (at least I think it's a longer stretch). Also, I think a great percentage of it is uphill, though I'd have to do some analysis to be sure. You should run HRP sometime just for fun.

Your weather is warmer than mine!!!

I read "Easy run" at the beginning of your blog, and then noticed it said 10+ miles...... you're awesome.

Have fun with your holiday parties and choir singing.

Easy refers to the pace, not the distance, although if it gets much longer than 10, I'll call it "long run" instead of "easy run."

Nice early morning temps.

You're really piling on the miles this week.

YOU ARE SUPER BUSY!!!! Way to get the run in anyway.

So, is there a third book in the Hunger Games series? I know there is one, but is it out yet? I am half way done with book two, and I will hate to have to wait for the third!!!

From Carolyn in Colorado on Fri, Dec 18, 2009 at 00:31:30 from 24.8.167.243

Kelli, my understanding is that there's going to be a third, but it's not out yet. Sorry.

From Kelli on Fri, Dec 18, 2009 at 00:34:30 from 71.219.95.151

DANG IT!!!!! I hate waiting, I forget everything. Thanks for the recommendation, though, I have thoroughly enjoyed them!

From Carolyn in Colorado on Fri, Dec 18, 2009 at 00:54:38 from 24.8.167.243

I should give credit where credit is due. I got the recommendation from Michelle.
