I've run off and on (more off than on) throughout my adult life. Most recently I started running in May of 2007.

5K PR: Colder Bolder in December 2009 in 22:50.

10k PR: Bolder Boulder in May 2009 in 48:06.13.

1/2 Marathon PR: Canyonlands Half-Marathon in March 2010 in 1:43:20.

Marathon PR: Newport (Oregon) Marathon in June 2010 in 3:42:17.

I have completed two full marathons.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Get back to consistent running.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 3:30 marathon.

Personal:

I grew up in Utah, but live in Colorado now.

I am married and am a working mother of four children, ages 9-19.

Easy run.

6:05 am, 20°F, 57% humidity, wind 7 SSE.

I didn't get out as early as I intended because I was up too late last night. I ran the County Line Road loop. Douglas County does a better job of clearing sidewalks than Arapahoe County does.

I skipped the hill sprints this morning to save time. I've got to get on the road to Utah.

I'm may run that New Years 5K at Sugarhouse Park. Depending on the weather and motivation. So I won't know until, like 9 PM that night. So I might see you there.

I'm here. We came primary to visit my mom. We're only here until Saturday. I'm staying at my sister's house outside of Park City. I'm not sure whether I'll do the Sugarhouse Park 5K on New Year's Eve because it's my son's 18th birthday, so maybe I should spend it with him.
