Easy run.

5:37 am, 48° F, 35% humidity, wind 4 SSE.

I slept a little later this morning than usual, but I didn't get to bed early enough. I didn't have to drive to seminary today. I think I saw my son's carpool leaving the neighborhood near the end of my run, but I'm not sure because I'm not sure what the other driver's car looks like.

This was just an average, uneventful run. AP: 9:45. Splits: 10:20, 10:02, 9:49, 9:25, 9:23, 9:34.

We're being teased with warm weather today and tomorrow and then the next storm is supposed to hit.

Miles are miles. And you are better at getting those miles than most. Great run this morning. It was probably kind of like taking a day off.

An average, uneventful run. Sounds peaceful! Enjoy the rest of your day, Carolyn!

I'm glad you got to sleep in a little, and that you get an easy day of running now and then. You cutting back at all for the race on Saturday?

Today is our last day of warm before the storm :(

Nice miles and way to get them in and done!! Great job sticking with it and being consistent!

I hope the storm doesn't hit us too hard. You're doing a half marathon on Saturday, right? And I'm doing the Longmont 10k. Good luck in your race. I'll think of you racing twice as far as me as I'm running through whatever crazy weather we get Saturday.

From Carolyn in Colorado on Wed, Nov 11, 2009 at 16:58:35 from 198.241.174.15

If I'm racing twice as far as you, Nan, then you'll be done with your race in about a quarter of the time my race will take. I really hope the forecast is wrong or that this storm is mild, at least. Oh how I wish this race had been last Saturday.

Good luck with your race.
