Easy Run. Average pace: 9:21.

51°F, 82% humidity, winds calm.

I overslept by about 10 minutes this morning and it's thrown my whole morning off. I've got a busy morning. I've got to go spend some time training my Army-recruit friend before work.

Good luck with your mini boot-camp. Every little bit will help get your friend "Army Strong."

I hate those mornings where you get off to a late start. Hopefully that doesn't throw off the whole day!

Good run!

Way to break out of the 6 mile mode even though you got up late and had a busy morning.

I love that your 'easy days' are seven miles! Good luck with the boot camp and getting everything in today, despite the snooze!

My friend actually suggested this morning that I join the Army with her since I'm still (barely) below the age limit. I'm not sure she was entirely kidding. I'm not knocking the Army. It just doesn't fit into my life right now.

I love that the Army, "Just doesn't fit into your life right now" it would become your new life, LOL

Great job--how is your friends training going?
