Get some food, some rest and a blanket!!! I am tired, too. It is in the air everywhere.

I took care of hungry and cold. Tired is another story.

I am not sure there is anything we can do about tired, he just likes to stick around!

Yeah, tired is the deal breaker. Bravo for toughing it out.

Eight is great. Nine is fine. Ten is Zen. Eleven is heaven. Twelve is...a medium long run I guess.

Nice run today.

Hungry is a constant. Cold means more clothes. Tired means you are getting stronger. All is good.

From Carolyn in Colorado on Wed, Sep 23, 2009 at 13:14:41 from 198.241.156.7

I'm afraid tired means I'm not getting enough sleep. Whose idea was it for me to get up at 4:30 every morning anyway?

From Snoqualmie on Wed, Sep 23, 2009 at 13:31:12 from 24.18.192.33

Don't blame ME! hahahaha

From RAD on Wed, Sep 23, 2009 at 14:39:25 from 76.27.12.70

Glad you had a good run AND that now you're happily warm and fed - no longer out in the desert wandering :)

You are doing GREAT with everything, and I'm sorry it's sleep that is starting to hold everything up - I'd have given up on 4:30 every morning LONG ago!!!

From Metcalf Running on Wed, Sep 23, 2009 at 14:42:24 from 207.225.192.66

Nice run!! I blame both Carolyn and Sno for my early morning runs LOL Every morning I'm thinking of you both as I run.

Aunteem says hunger is constant? There is my problem right... I eat too much!

From auntieem on Wed, Sep 23, 2009 at 17:43:47 from 67.182.145.8

Carolyn, I think it was your idea to get up earlier.
