Easy run with one short hill sprint. Average pace: 10:33/mile.

Weather: 42°F, humidity 36%, wind 10.4 (avg) 13.8 (max) SSE

This was a windy run, I was tired, and I went fairly slowly. I didn't feel like doing the hill sprint when it got time for it, but I did it anyway and managed to go 10.13 seconds @ 6:45/mile pace.

I hope I have energy for a long run tomorrow.

I've been noticing how dry your air is. I guess that's why your snow is so good for skiing. Do you have to drink a lot more in winter? Or maybe it's that dry year round?

I only recently started noticing/tracking the humidity, so I can't be sure, but I think it's this dry year round. I guess I'm used to it. I've lived in a dry climate for all but 4 years of my life (the 4 years in Illinois).

I probably don't drink as much water as I should. And I need lots of lotion.

Good consistency, Carolyn!

Good job on a windy run! Seems like lots of wind everywhere lately!

36% Oh my goodness... ours is low today at 58. It's rare that it's below 60 and usually closer to 75! In the summer...85+ is normal!
