Easy run. Average pace: 9:07.

Shred level 2

61°F, 34% humidity, wind 5-8 SSW, gusting to 11.

I enjoyed the warm this morning in anticipation of the cold that will be here tomorrow. But I got out the door a little bit later than I should have, so I ran on the faster end of my easy range.

I was sweating buckets by the time I finished the shred. That level 2 is no joke.

It seems much windier now than it was when I ran. I think the cold front is on its way in.

Your shred videos sound like they're hard work. But you've got a great time for an easy run average over 7 miles.

I ran on Monday and it was 60 degrees and I thought it was so nice to have cool weather. If that's the new warm, I'm not ready for what's in store. Are you expecting precip with your cold front? It seems too early for snow!

It's been in the 40s when I've been out running in the early mornings for the last week and a half, so that has made 60 the new warm. We're expecting a whole lot of cold tomorrow that will last through the weekend, but only a small chance of rain. They're not forecasting snow for Denver.

Sounds like perfect weather; enjoy it while you can. Its calmer here today, no wind, slight rain.

Nice pace today.

Nice run. Yeah, it blew all day yesterday and was very warm, like 70 in the AM. Complete opposite this morning. Rain, rain, rain, and about 30 degrees cooler! So, I guess you get the idea.

I looked up the shred videos--I like that they are twenty minutes...I think i will keep with the Jillian Michaels ones I have. I need to do them more.

I also looked up that p90x--I think Jillian does some of those moves--like implementing lunges with bicep curls etc.
