Easy Eight on the County Line Road loop.

5:21 am, 29°F, 54% humidity, wind 8-10 SE.

I used this run to clear my head and release my frustrations and stress. Now if I can just carry through with my resolves to be a better person.

Incidentally, I got passed by a runner this morning and I made note of his gait when he was in front of me. He seemed to be taking small steps, keeping his feet under his center of gravity, and maintaining a pretty fast cadence. He was going faster than I was.

Sounds like Aaron. If he was barefoot or in five fingers it would have been him for sure. That running style is getting popular.

Sorry things are frustrating at the moment. I hope your run helped and that you have a great day.

I'm sending you wishes that your day will be bright and your troubles will find another place to go.

Sorry you're feeling stressed & frustrated. Tis the season, isn't it?

I hope the run worked its magic and cleared all the frustrations and stress. Running is really good at that, isn't it? Just caught up on your week in blogland. Congratulations on your 5K PR!

You are a GREAT person, but run are good to clear the head and relieve the stress!!

5:21 AM!!! Madness!!!

Yes, I had a runner pass me at the Turkey Trot who couldn't have possibly looked more at ease. There is a lot to be gained from finding an efficient gait that moves you quickly from point A to B.

Nicely negative splitted was your run.

Nothing like a good run to clear your head and help you make resolutions. I hope you're feeling better. For what its worth, I think you're great.

I love watching other's gaits, always helps me improve mine - one way or another.

Nice easy eight, sorry life is piling up...unfortunately it always seems to do that this time of year. What I do know is that you are strong and resilient and can do anything you put your mind to!

From Tracy on Mon, Nov 30, 2009 at 21:10:39 from 173.24.32.153

I've had runs like this. Hope your frustration and stress was alleviated by the run. It'll be a better.
