Wow look who finally went running again! It's been at least 10 days since I got sick. Finally feeling like I can move on with my life. You'd think that with all the rest my hip/thigh/groin/hammy issue would feel great... but it's hurt almost every day during the sickness when I haven't done any running, biking, elliptical. So I don't know if time off will be the fix. I'm going crazy so I had to run today. Inner B-hills loop. The whole system is kind of glitchy so the run wasn't great. And the hip hurt over a 7. But I'm going to try and at least get a short run in everyday. Forget trying to go long. Just 30-40 min's daily with good stretching after. We'll see how it goes for a few weeks.
