Good run today. Maybe this adding an extra insert on the right side will work. Got going and felt fantastic... maybe only a 2-3 on the pain scale. It's really been months since I've felt like this. Granted now I'm out of shape so there's different issues but all things considered very positive. I wanted to do about 8ish but got over into B-hills and just couldn't say no to the DC loop. At around 6.5 I got a little tight but it didn't get any worse the remainder of the run. Very thankful for a run like this... I know I'm not "healed". But I've been so hurt for weeks that at time I didn't think I'd run again... ever.  So this gives me hope for change:)

We decided Wednesday night at 11pm to buy tickets to Hawaii and fly out a day and a half later. That's today. Headed over there for a few days and pumped that I'll be able to tool around with a few runs on the island. Mahalo!

Maybe you can find Manti's girlfriend while you're out there... :)
