I decided I needed to do something to help me recharge today, so I ended up not going out and running. I did 7x10 minutes of biking, with some body weight exercises between each repetition of biking. I did one-legged squats, RDLs, air-snatch, push-ups, Y's, bicep curls, calf-raises, hips, and core. Hopefully this will help me be more motivated to run and be productive with my life.
