Nice and slow mile and a quarter warmup followed by some stretching and drills. Then I did 3 miles at goal 10k pace, with splits of 5:25, 5:25, 5:29 for 16:20 total. Jogged for 5 minutes and then did 5x1k at goal 5k pace with 2 minute jog recoveries. Averaged right around 3:15-16s, which I was happy with, but they were pretty hard. It was hard for me to keep that pace rolling on those repeats, and I wasn't really breathing through my nose at all. I felt like I had to poop on the last couple as well. Really easy mile and half cooldown back home where I had some pretty crazy allergy reactions, which stinks but also is a sign that I ran hard.

Side note is I played a little bit of ultimate frisbee this afternoon/evening. Haha Greg Hoffman also asked if I was still running, and when I said yes, his response was, "Yeah you look like it!"
