| My dad, uncle and I did a triathalon together. I swam the distance in about a 6:30. It was in Lake Sammamish. A little rough, muddy, and lots of seaweed. My uncle biked his distance in 50 min. My dad ran a 5k in about 19 min.

| Biked to a sand volleyball court and back. It took about 28 min. At swim team we did 5 by 100 yd on the 1:30. They were pretty comfortable 1:17. Good over all.
