I once ran a 5M race at 7:28 pace. That was 15 years ago.

3M: 26:38 25:44

5K: 27:43 26:33

1/2 Marathon: 2:22:19

10M: 1:56:40 1:44:41

15M: 3:03:24 2:53:42



Short-Term Running Goals:

I'd like to be able to run long distances 10+ miles at under a 10:00 pace.

I'd like to run short distances at an 8:00 pace.

I'd like to convince my dog to run at my pace, not his.

Update 10.13.10:

As I have begun to run consistently these last three months and am really enjoying the process & progress, I'll set these goals:

1/2 Marathon: <2:00:00

Very nice run! I decided to run long today instead of Sunday because it is suppopsed to rain a lot tomorrow. Good thing because it really started to rain about a half hour after I finished! I meant to try and keep the my HR down, but inspiration and topography got the better of me again. Longest run ever to date! I think I'll be sore due to the hills...

11:28 pace

I went to Chrissey Field and ran along the Marina Green and then under the GG Bridge. Opted for going over the Bridge instead of running in the Presidio. Got across the Bridge and decided to go to the Headlands. All up hill from there! Fantastic views.
