2 mile wu then 4 miles at marathon pace. I ended a little lower in elevation than when I started. (Started Dustin/piñon and finished by park) avg pace was 6:22. Downhills were fast 6:08, 6:11 uphills slow at 6:33,6:35. Felt like this pace is too fast for marathon pace right now. Did feel much better than this workout last week though. |
