Got up early and ran outside today. Did a 5x5 minutes hard with 3 minute jog in between. Splits for my 5 x5 hard were between 5:55-6:10 pace. (Besides the last one which was very up hill.. It was 6:50 pace) pace for recovery was between 7:35-8:00 pace. Overall ap for 5.5 miles not including wu or cd was 6:40. Felt really great today! |
