Track workout today. Did .75 warm up then 1.5 miles, then 4x1000s. 400 jog in between everything (3 minutes). My 1.5 miles was ran in 8:45. (5:50 pace) splits for my 1000s were 3:28, 3:25, 3:26 and 3:22. I was scared how I would feel on this workout but I actually felt pretty strong! Much better than my last track session. Hopefully I am starting to peak at the right time. |
