My alarm didn't go off this morning so I woke up an hour later than planned so I wasn't able to do my original planned workout so I improvised. Did 3 sets of 8 minutes hard followed by 1 minute jog then 1 minute hard then three minute jog recovery. First 8 minutes was 5:54 pace (down) 1minute 5:20 pace. 2nd 8 minutes at 6 minute pace (up and down) 1minute 6:05 pace (up) 3rd 8 minutes at 6:00 pace (up and down) Felt good today. |
