I always said that I wasn't a runner, however this year I have come to LOVE to run!  Now it's an addiction!

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I have finally decided to run a half marathon, however, it falls on the same Sunday as our primary program. Do you think I could make it to church on time??

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be healthy and active.

Personal:

Married for 7 years to an amazing husband who suppports me in all my crazy activities even while going to grad school and is crazy busy himself! Two beautiful kiddo's 5 and 3!

Ran with Dan today.  We got to the track and only lapped four times when he asked how many we do. When I answered 16 he thought I was kidding! Ha, ha I didn't wake up for nothing!  Well at least now I know that I have been working up to something, dan used to ran crosscountry in high school I thought he would run circles around me, but I had to keep him going!!

today we skipped the running and hit the bikes.  We had such a good time, imagine us on our one speed beach cruisers pulling the kiddos in the bike trailer.  aah, what a blast!  we went 12.45 miles and our top speed was 22! we each pulled the trailer about half way, thats at least 60 more pounds.  I don't know how to do the running conversion though.

Ran with Dan again this morning.  I think my legs were still fatigued from yesterday, I don't know. It felt like the blood was going to pop from my face. I quit early with only 2.88 miles.
