I always said that I wasn't a runner, however this year I have come to LOVE to run!  Now it's an addiction!

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I have finally decided to run a half marathon, however, it falls on the same Sunday as our primary program. Do you think I could make it to church on time??

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be healthy and active.

Personal:

Married for 7 years to an amazing husband who suppports me in all my crazy activities even while going to grad school and is crazy busy himself! Two beautiful kiddo's 5 and 3!

I have a hard time running very long on the treadmill, anyone else?  Dan gave me pepperspray for valentines so maybe tomorrow I will run outside. Although I am not scared of the old men down here I am mostly afraid of the animals since we live on a preserve!!
