I always said that I wasn't a runner, however this year I have come to LOVE to run!  Now it's an addiction!

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I have finally decided to run a half marathon, however, it falls on the same Sunday as our primary program. Do you think I could make it to church on time??

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be healthy and active.

Personal:

Married for 7 years to an amazing husband who suppports me in all my crazy activities even while going to grad school and is crazy busy himself! Two beautiful kiddo's 5 and 3!

I am not sure how far I ran today because my garmin died after a mile, but I am sure it was at least two miles if not almost three but I don't want to count too many miles.  I 'm not going to lie, the cooler weather this morning was crazy on my throat and lungs also the low humidy. Its crazy how you can adjust to being so hot most of the time.
