A big workout at the track and the roads. After a 3 mile slow warm-up, we did 4 800's; my times were 3:42, 3:36, 3:34, 3:28. Then an almost two mile run. The pace on that was 7:40. Then about a 1.6 mile run, pace was 7:28. Then two half miles in Prospector. My times were 3:37 and 3:39. It was a great workout. |
