Monday 8th - 6.01, yoga in morning before the run.
Tuesday 9th - 4 miles. I can feel the strength in my legs from yoga helping me engage going up the hills
Wednesday - went for a walk for 4 miles or so with MR. Ended up at the grocery store to buy some sourdough bread to go with our homemade black bean soup for dinner. And some eggnog. I love eggnog.
Thursday - 4 miles on the treadmill after yoga. Then I swam 6 quick laps and went home because it started snowing while I was running. Of course there wasn't any snow in the forecast.
Saturday - 6.5 miles
