Monday 1st - 6.33 miles - ran some trails along the river. muddy and hilly but fun. Yoga in morning
Tuesday 2nd - Yoga in morning
Thursday 4th - 7 miles worked on hills and just keeping on moving when I was tired. Yoga in morning.
Saturday 6th - 7 miles on treadmill because the weather was cold and rainy. This felt like a really long run. I wish there was some good news on tv to watch for an hour while I ran. Instead I felt like I was being punished having to watch terrible things on Fox and CNN. Podcasts were the only thing that saved my sanity.
