This was a taper week, and although the race/run started on Saturday, it ended on Sunday so I'm going to do the race report and include the miles on Sunday.
When I say taper I mean "I was in classes all day long and I wasn't getting any sleep at night, so running wasn't a priority." I decided rest was what my body needed more for the ultra than runs.
