I ran a quick 2 miles. 8:23 and 8:01 pace. Then I did elliptical for 20 minutes. It's supposed to be my "easy" week, so I'm trying to build my miles but not over-do my training.

Those are a quick 2 miles. I can't start out that fast. I have to warm up before I can hit those paces.
