Tried the new brace today.  I can tell there's a brace on, but it is easier to move in than the older one and it doesn't rub the back of my knee raw....so I like it!

No popping again today.  I'm guessing that's good.  Less worry for me.  I tried some interval training. 1.5 warm up then speed for .2, recover for .2  (for 2.5 miles).  Then I ran .25 speed off/on for 2.5 miles, and .5 speed with 1 mile recovery.

My ap was 8:50, the same as Monday's progressive run, but I got there an entirely different way, and I felt more exhaused today than yesterday.  It really felt like a good workout.

That sounds like a great workout. I'm glad the new brace is working for you!

QP - good to see you back running, hope the brace keeps working well, nice run, intervals and tempo runs are the "secret" to running stronger and faster.
