p90x week 10. Not sure I'd ever really imagined I'd actually stick with it this long. Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. Sore again since it's been 2 weeks since I've done it last. And of course Ab ripper X. Of course.
Then I went for a quick run around the hood. 9:18 avg pace, but actual times were over 10mm, 9:30mm, and two 8:55 ish miles. I was so tired when I got back home that I had to take a nap before work. I had physical therapy in the morning, and decided then I was finished working out for the day.
