When I woke up, I realized I'd hit the snooze button 3 times and had no recollection of doing so.  That's dangerous!  Do I move my alarm clock further away from the bed, or just turn up the volume?

Plyo X.  This is week 6, and it still wears me out.  Glad I didn't go running after!

Throw the alarm clock out and get a rooster. Those chickens out back may like that idea too. Put the Zebra back there with them and you'll be eating fresh eggs every morning :)

How many more weeks of plyo x are you going to do?

Way to keep with the p90x. Impressive. Isn't that what snooze buttons are for?

Cat- p90x is 90 days long- 3 sections that are each 4 weeks long. I'm not even half way done. Time is draggin....

No baby chickens. None. I like to crack open eggs in the morning and NOT wonder if I'll get a spare beak in my biscuit sandwich.
