It was a good time trial. I feel good about it. Made it in 20:51!! The heat was hard to run in though. Glad I did not give up on myself druning the time trail.

It was my first 3 mile morning run. I was going to run 4 in the afternoon, but I was dead doing 3. It was the worst run ever. I had the worst craps, couldn't breath very well, nousesh/hungery, and walked because I felt so crappy. So not one of my best run.

Did 3 1000. It felt good. Did all under 5 minutes. Sorry I couldn't have done more.

Was an o.k 3 mile run in the morning. Feel behind though towards the end :( I did a mile with no knee braces or running shoes. BAD CHOICE EVER!!!! So durning my run in the afternoon was o.k. I was sore and my knee's and shins are not feeling so good.

I felt great about this race. I was in the time I want to be in. I was with I people I wanted to be with. And my knee didn't hurt and I was not sore. I iced my knees and ankle last night too. That helped a lot. I am trying to use my roller too.The only bad thing I had about it was the I now think I have shine splints. And I got them pretty bad today, but not as bad as I use to have them. I can deal with them. But it was a good race and I beat my time by 1min. and 10 sec.
