Get back to where I was and fight for a place in Varsity or high J.V.!
I did 4 1k's. I went over, but it felt really good and me and macey stayed togeather
I ran about 2.5ish miles. My IT band is starting to flare up again, I am going to take caution to it. I got a foam roller today and have been icing and strach, We will see how it feels tommrow.
Did the afternoon run and got myself a roller to help my IT-band. It was a very warm/hot run!
Getting my legs back were they need to be. Was a good 3 miles!
Ran teo miles with my aunt and my IT-Band didn't hurt at all!
