I just kept a nice easy pace for the most part.  I didn't look at the watch much.

Under marathon pace for the 4 miles.  Worked out at the gym for over an hour as well.

Dace and I ran for the the first 13 roughly and then I tacked on an additional 3 at the end.  3 of  the last 4 miles were under marathon pace so I finished up pretty strong. 

I had to get the long run in today because of the scout overnighter we're going on later today.  I averaged 7:37 overall.
