Went out for my 10 mile run.  It was dark still and I was running on a dirt section of my route and I hit a rock and rolled my ankle over pretty good.  I was just over 3 miles into the run.  It wasn't even my bum ankle.  I could tell it was bad.  I had to sit down for a while.  When I got up it felt good so I ran back to the car.

With about a 1/3 of a mile to go it started hurting pretty bad so I pulled up and walked it in at mile 6.  Won't be running for awhile unfortunately.

Hey sucka! I wish you were able to pace me this weekend. I am all amped up about the race, but it would be even better if we both crossed the finish together sub-3:15. Get better, so we can gear up for CIM!

Dace- good luck on the race. I'm actually going to try to run this evening for the first time. The foot is still sore, but I'm getting sick of not running. Hopefully I can get in qualifying shape by the CIM.
